RETURNS POLICY (AUSTRALIA ONLY)

Our pieces are all individually hand crafted and sourced. Each individual piece may vary in colour and size, and should be appreciated as a unique one-off item. 

 

Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7 day refund policy. To complete your return, please fill out a RETURNS/EXCHANGES form which can be obtained upon request.

 

All return items are at the customers expense. 


If you wish to return your item, it will need to be returned on the recipient’s behalf, within 7 days of receiving the item, before a refund can be processed.


Your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible.
 

After your return is received, please allow up to 14 business days for the product amount to be processed, and returned to your account.

Please note: No refunds or exchanges on sale items.

EXCHANGES (AUSTRALIA ONLY)

 

If you would like to exchange an item, please inform us via email of the style/size/colour that you would prefer.

The item from the original order will need to be returned on the recipient’s behalf, before a new order containing the exchanged item will be processed. Additional shipping fees will apply.

To request an exchange, please fill out a RETURNS/EXCHANGES form which can be obtained upon request.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

You will be informed of the delivery options/cost as you complete the checkout process and a confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 2 business days for dispatch, and 3-7 business days for deliveries on all standard shipping orders.

 Standard Delivery  - $10.00 Australia Wide

Express Delivery - $ 15.00 Australia Wide

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only, and Fotini cannot be held accountable for late deliveries . Please provide Fotini with the correct delivery information, as we cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered addresses or an address that is not recognised by Australia Post. 

 

TRACKING YOUR ITEM

 

A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. This email will contain your tracking number and provider. Please follow the prompts in the email to track your item.

Information collected by Fotini is used solely for the purpose of processing your order and we will not share or pass this information onto any third parties. Be assured that no credit card details are kept on file by Fotini. We respect your privacy.
